After sale Policy:
1- If the size does not fit: you can return the item for a replacement, but buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to China, or we can offer you a 30% discount for a second piece with correct size if you keep it.
2- If you've received a flawed item: please take several pictures of the item where the place is flawed and send to returns@twilightkisses.com. We will check if it is a quality issue, and send you another piece for free if it does have quality issue.
