What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

Do you offer free returns? 

Not at this time. Returns vary by vendor, after submitting your return request, we will let you know whether your order qualifies for a return along with further instructions on where to mail it.

Do you have any physical store locations?

Not at this time.

Do you have a rewards program?

Yes, we do! Click on the navy blue Rewards tag on the homepage..

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed? Yes, you may change or cancel your order up to 5 hours after placing it, before the order is fulfilled. This is only an estimate and not a guaranteed window, as some vendors fulfill immediately. Once it’s fulfilled, we cannot stop it and you’ll have to wait to receive it in order to submit the return request. Given sufficient notice, we will do our best to catch it before it is fulfilled.

What happens if an item I ordered goes Out Of Stock?

We will send out the order without the item and refund it if the restock exceeds your preferred waiting time. You can select a time between 0 to 30 days.
